Cottage Cheese Vegetables Dunk
Ingredients
8 oz. (2) cartons low fat cottage cheese
1 C. low fat American cheese, process shredded
3 Tbsp. low fat yogurt, unsweetened, plain
2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. green pepper, minced
2 Tbsp. onion, minced
Cooking Instructions
Combine cottage cheese, American cheese, yogurt, horseradish, pepper and salt, in a medium bowl, stirring well. Gently fold in green pepper and onion. Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
