Ingredients

1 C. water
1/4 C. vegetable oil
1 egg
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 C. yellow cornmeal
2 C. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. yeast

Cooking Instructions

This loaf rises very high and is surprisingly good. We have tried other bread maker cornmeal breads but none have equaled this one.
