Ingredients

1 Rock Cornish hen
2 Tbsp. pineapple preserves
1 Tbsp. catsup
Dash of soy sauce
Dash of garlic salt
Dash of onion salt

Cooking Instructions

Place Cornish hen on cooking grill. Prepare glaze by combining preserves, catsup, sauce and salts. Cook in microwave oven for 4 minutes.
