Corn Casserole
Ingredients
2 cans corn (I use 1 whole kernel, 1cream)
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 eggs
3/4 C. meal (save 1/3 C. to put on top)
3 Tbsp. oil
1 C. grated cheese (or more)
Cooking Instructions
Mix all together, sprinkle meal on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. DO NOT OVERBAKE. You can add a can of green chilies.
