Coriander Bread
Ingredients
1 C. milk
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 C. honey
3 C. unbleached bread flour
1/4 C. high gluten flour
2 tsp. dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground coriander
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 egg; (can use egg substitute)
1/2 Tbsp. orange peel; grated
Cooking Instructions
Put ingredients into pan in order listed. Bake at regular setting. This is a soft bread and will be difficult to slice when hot. If you are going to use it in a sandwich, allow it to cool first. Baking overnight gives good results too.
