Cookout Kielbasi Kebabs
Ingredients
1 to 1 1/2 lb. kielbasi
1 to 2 green peppers, cut into slices
1 C. pineapple chunks
2 onions, cut into sm. wedges
Metal kebab skewers
BASTING SAUCE:
1/2 C. plum or currant jelly
4 Tbsp. chili sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Cooking Instructions
Cut kielbasi into 3/4 inch slices. Fill skewers beginning and ending with kielbasi. Brush kebabs completely with basting sauce mixture. Place over medium coals or on broiler pan. Grill or broil until kebabs brown, turning several times during cooking time to brown all sides. Baste often with Basting Sauce.
BASTING SAUCE:
Combine ingredients in saucepan. Heat together over medium heat until blended.
