Congressional Bean Soup
Ingredients
1 pound Small white beans
8 C. Water
2 C. Ham, diced
1 C. Onion, diced
1 C. Celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 each Bay leaf
Cooking Instructions
Assemble ingredients in Crock pot. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until beans are tender.
