Coconut Pineapple Wheat Bread
Ingredients
1 package yeast
3 C. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 C. crushed pineapple, packed in it’s own juice, drained
3 Tbsp. pineapple juice (liquid drained from can)
3/4 C. plus 3 Tbsp. water
1/2 C. shredded coconut (optional, add at the start of second mix)
Cooking Instructions
Place all in order given in your bread machine and follow manufacturer’s instructions for best results. This recipe can be made with the regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycles.
