Cocoa Cupcakes
Ingredients
1 1/2 C. flour
1 C. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. cocoa
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 C. water, cold
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine cocoa, oil, vinegar, and vanilla, mixing well. Add water in several additions. Mix well. Pour into muffin tins lined with wax paper. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
