Cocktail Shrimp Balls
Ingredients
1 lb. medium shrimp, cooked, shelled
1/2 C. chili sauce
1 hard boiled egg
4 Tbsp. nonfat cream cheese
1/4 C. minced celery
1-1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
fresh ground pepper and salt, to taste
4 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
Cooking Instructions
Process all ingredients, except the parsley, in a food processor until finely chopped, but not like a paste. The mixture should still be somewhat chunky. Form the mixture into balls, and roll in parsley. Place on a nonstick cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
