Clear Cola Cake
Ingredients
1 packet supreme lemon cake mix
1 box instant pineapple cream pudding
3/4 C. oil
4 whole eggs
10 ounce bottle clear cola
Frosting
2 eggs
1 1/2 C. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. flour
1 C. coconut
Cooking Instructions
Mix cake ingredients together and bake at 325 degrees for about 35 minutes. For frosting, mix together eggs, sugar, margarine, flour and pineapple. Cook until thick; cool. Add coconut and spread over cake.
