Clam Dip
Ingredients
2 cans minced clams 6 1/2 oz. each
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 C. dry bread crumbs
1/2 C. butter
1 small onion chopped fine
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. cayenne
1 dash oregano
1 dash freshly ground black pepper
1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika as desired

Cooking Instructions
Simmer un-drained clams in lemon juice for 5 minutes. Transfer clams with lemon juice, bread crumbs, butter, onion, hot pepper sauce, parsley, cayenne, oregano and pepper to crock pot. Sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika. Cook on high for 2 to 3 hours. Serve with crackers.
