Ingredients

2 C. flour
1 1/2 C. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. milk
1/2 C. margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

Cooking Instructions

In bowl combine 1 cup sugar, flour and baking powder. Blend with milk and 2 teaspoons melted margarine. Spread in greased 10 x 15 inch pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 – 25 minutes. Remove from oven and prick cake with fork over entire cake. Mix margarine, cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar (I use brown) and pour over cake. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes more. Cool slightly and cut.
