Christmas Coleslaw
Ingredients
2 C. green cabbage, shredded
2 C. red cabbage, shredded
1 each green bell pepper, grated
1 each red bell pepper, grated
1 each red onion, grated
1 C. soy mayonnaise
1/2 C. oil and vinegar dressing
2 each carrots, grated
Cooking Instructions
Toss vegetables in a glass bowl. Combine mayonnaise and dressing and pour over and toss gently. Cover and chill overnight.
