Christmas Beer Cake
Ingredients
3 C. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 C. butter
1 1/2 C. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 C. sour cream
1/2 C. beer
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Topping:
1/2 C. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 C. chopped nuts
Cooking Instructions
Cream butter and sugar; add dry ingredients alternately with liquids. Spoon 1/3 batter into a greased 10 inch tube pan. Sprinkle 1/3 of the topping on batter. Repeat 2 times. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
