Chow Chow
Ingredients
2 C. diced peeled cucumbers
2 C. green beans, cut into 1 inch
lengths
2 C. shelled lima beans
2 C. corn
1 C. sliced celery
1 C. chopped green peppers
1 C. chopped red peppers
1/2 C. tiny whole onions
1 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
1 C. sugar
2 C. cider vinegar
Cooking Instructions
Cook vegetables separately and then combine after draining. Add mustard and sugar to vinegar. Bring mixture to boil. Add vegetables and bring to boil again. Spoon into sterilized jars, seal and cool.
