Chocolate Pound Cake #2
Ingredients
3 C. flour
3 C. sugar
1 C. cocoa
3 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 C. butter, melted
1 1/2 C. milk
3 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1/4 C. cream, light
Cooking Instructions
Sift all dry ingredients together. Make a well in center. Add butter, milk and vanilla. Beat 5 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, alternating cream, beat well after each addition. Pour batter into greased floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake in 325 oven 1 1/4 hours. Cool on rack and remove from pan.
