Chocolate Pistachio Cake
Ingredients
1 package white cake mix
1 package instant pistachio pudding
1/2 C. orange juice
1/2 C. water
4 eggs
1/2 C. oil
3/4 C. chocolate syrup
Glaze:
1 C. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. milk or water
Cooking Instructions
Mix thoroughly the first 6 ingredients. Pour 3/4 C. of batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Add chocolate syrup to remaining batter and mix. Pour this over first batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove and glaze. Glaze: Melt butter and mix in powdered sugar and milk or water.
