Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfaits
Ingredients
2 C. plus 2 Tbsp. cold skim milk, divided
2 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
1 C. Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping, thawed
1 package (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Sugar Free Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
Cooking Instructions
Add 2 Tbls. of the milk to the peanut butter; stir until well blended. Stir in whipped topping. Pour the remaining 2 C. milk into medium mixing bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Spoon half of the pudding mixture into 6 parfait glasses. Cover with whipped topping mixture. Top with the remaining pudding mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
