Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies
Ingredients
3/4 C. flour plus 1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/4 C. plus 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 C. plain low fat yogurt
12 tsp. sugar
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Beat on low speed until well blended. Stir in dry ingredients by hand until well moistened. Place in 8-inch square pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. Bake 15 minutes. Cool in pan. Cut into squares to serve.
