Chocolate Meringue Cookies
Ingredients
2 egg whites
3 packages Sweet ‘n Low
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 C. Alba chocolate dry skim milk
Cooking Instructions
Beat whites stiff, gradually adding sweetener and vanilla. Carefully fold in dry milk. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto nonstick baking sheet. Bake at 275 degrees F. for 25 minutes, or until crisp.
