Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookie
Ingredients
1 C. shortening
1 C. sugar
1 C. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 C. oatmeal
2 C. Rice Krispies
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 C. nuts
Cooking Instructions
Mix in order given. Add cereals slowly, stir after each addition. Bake at 350 degrees on lightly greased sheets, about 10 minutes. Large batch, crunchy cookies.
