Ingredients

4 medium apples, peeled and diced
1 C. sugar
1 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 C. raisins
1/2 C. chocolate chips
1/2 C. chopped walnuts

Cooking Instructions

Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir in eggs, apples, nuts, raisins, chips and stir all well by hand till well mixed. Spread mixture into a greased 9 x 9 inch Pyrex pan. Sprinkle some extra sugar and cinnamon over the top. Bake 350 until golden and done, about 35 to 45 minutes. Remove pan from oven and place on rack to cool. Cut into squares to serve.
