Chocolate Cake Totally Decadent
Ingredients
9-inch chocolate crumb piecrust
2 8-oz. packages nonfat cream cheese
1/2 C. evaporated skim milk
3/4 C. nonfat plain yogurt
2 packages diet chocolate flavored milk drink mix, Weight Watcher’s or Alba
1 package (4-serving size) sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix
1/4 C. chopped almonds
1/2 C. reduced calorie whipped topping
4 tsp. chocolate syrup
Cooking Instructions
In medium bowl, whip cream cheese with electric mixer until fluffy. Add skim milk and yogurt, mixing well. Add dry chocolate mix and dry chocolate pudding mix. Continue beating with mixer until blended well. Pour into crumb crust. Sprinkle top with almonds. Chill at least 2 hours. When serving, top each piece with 1 Tbls. whipped topping and 1/2 tsp. chocolate syrup.
