Chinese Soup Delectable
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. margarine or oil
Cooking Instructions
Saute onion in oil. 2/3 C. rice, dry 3 C. cold water 2 C. potato water Add and cook until rice is nearly tender. Add hard boiled egg. Serve hot. Vegetarian chicken seasoning can be added sparingly. Taste for saltines. Serves 6. 127 calories per serving.
