Chinese Chicken Livers
Ingredients
1 lb. chicken livers
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. white wine
1/4 C. vegetable oil
1 or 2 cloves minced garlic
Cooking Instructions
Wash chicken livers and pat dry. Combine other ingredients, adding oil last. Marinate livers in the honey mixture. Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes.
