Chili Pork Bake
Ingredients
1 pound. ground pork
1/4 C. chopped onion
1 (16 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes
4 ounce. medium noodles, cooked and drained
1 (16 ounce.) can tomato paste
1 (12 ounce.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 tsp. chili powder
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Cooking Instructions
Cook meat and onion until meat is browned; drain. Stir in tomatoes, noodles, corn, tomato paste, chili powder, salt and pepper. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole; cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes.
