Chili Cheese Dip
Ingredients
1 C. low fat cottage cheese
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 C. chili sauce
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 C. skim milk
Cooking Instructions
Whirl all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Chill. Serve with raw vegetables.
