Chicken Pineapple Oriental
Ingredients
1 pound chicken tenders to 1 1/2 pounds cut in 1 inch pieces
2/3 C. pineapple preserves
1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce plus
1 tsp. teriyaki sauce
2 garlic cloves sliced thinly
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
Or 1 bunch fresh green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 dash cayenne or to taste
1 package sugar snap peaches 10 oz. thawed
Cooking Instructions
Place chicken pieces in crock pot. Combine preserves, teriyaki sauce, garlic, onion, lemon juice, ginger, and cayenne, stir well. Spoon over chicken, toss to coat. Cover and cook on low 6 to 7 hours. Add peaches last 30 minutes.
