Chicken Madras
Ingredients
3 onions thinly sliced
4 apples peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 frying chicken cut up
Cooking Instructions
In 3 quart casserole, mix together onion and apples and sprinkle with salt and curry powder. Mix well. Arrange chicken skin down over mixture. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees about 45 minutes or cook in a crock pot for 6 hours on high.
