Chicken Liver And Bacon Roll Ups
Ingredients
1 lb. livers, chicken
3 Tbsp. mustard, Dijon
12 slices bacon; cut in half
1/2 C. cracker crumbs
Cooking Instructions
Dip chicken livers lightly in mustard. Wrap a half slice of bacon around each, and secure with a toothpick; coat livers with crumbs. Place in a 8-inch square baking dish; bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
