Chicken Las Vegas
Ingredients
6 chicken breasts de-boned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pint sour cream
1 jar dried chipped beef (6 oz.)
Cooking Instructions
Mix together soup, sour cream and dried beef. Roll chicken in the mixture and place in crock pot or casserole dish. Pour remaining mixture over chicken. Cook in a or crock pot for 4 to 6 hours, or bake, covered, in the oven at 200 degrees for 4 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
