Chicken Inabag
Ingredients
3 Tbsp. catsup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken parts
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients except chicken, in a large glass baking dish. Microwave 2 minutes, stirring often. Dip chicken into sauce and place in a clean brown bag. Fold over and slip in a second bag. Place on a large platter. Microwave 18 to 21 minutes (7 minutes per pound). Rest a few minutes before serving. Heat additional sauce about 2 minutes in microwave. Let stand. Delicious with rice.
