Chicken Cacciatori Vegetable Style
Ingredients
2 cans tomato sauce
1 C. peeled tomatoes
2 stalks celery chopped
2 carrots, grated
1 C. mushrooms, drained
2 chicken breasts, very lean, boneless, fat and skin removed
garlic, to taste
basil, to taste
oregano, to taste
pepper, to taste
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Add chicken pieces. Simmer for 1 hour, or until chicken is tender. Serve with desired side dishes.
