Chicken Baked Rice
Ingredients
4 C. long grain rice
1/3 C. oil
1 can mushrooms (optional), save the juice
4 C. water or water plus saved juice
1 C. diced celery (optional)
1 green pepper (optional)
2 C. cooked chicken or turkey or ham or beef
1 pack onion soup mix
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
garlic
pepper
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large dish or pot. Add Garlic and Pepper as desired. Cook in oven at 350 for 1 hour. Place in a container and freeze unused portion until needed.
