Chicken And Rice Stew
Ingredients
1 pound chicken tenderloins 6 to 8 cut 1/2 inch pieces
1 can diced tomatoes-15 oz.
1 can chicken and rice, or chicken and wild rice soup undiluted
1/2 C. chopped vegetables or 1 to 2 Tbsp. dried vegetable flakes
1 C. frozen corn
1 can chopped green chilies 4 oz.
2 Tbsp. converted rice
1 small onion chopped
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 dash oregano
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients in the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
