Cheese Carrots
Ingredients
2 to 3 lb. carrots, sliced
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
corn flake crumbs
Cooking Instructions
Boil carrots until done. Meanwhile melt butter and cheese together. Pour drained carrots into casserole dish and pour cheese mixture over. Cover top of carrots with corn flake crumbs. Dot with butter. Place uncovered in 350ΒΊ oven and heat through until bubbly.
