Cauliflower Au Gratin
Ingredients
2 C. cauliflowerets
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. butter, or margarine
1 tsp. flour
1 C. milk, cold
1/4 C. American cheese, diced
vegetable cooking spray
salt to taste
fresh ground pepper
Cooking Instructions
Place cauliflowerets in large kettle. Fill with enough water to cover. Add salt. Bring to boil. Drain. Rinse with cold water. Melt butter, or margarine, in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Add flower in baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray. Add salt and pepper. Cover with cheese topping. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
