Ingredients

4 medium to large catfish filets
3 C. Pace Picante Sauce
2 C. cooked rice

Cooking Instructions

Place the catfish filets in a large skillet. Pour Picante Sauce over the filets. Simmer on low flame for about 20 to 30 minutes.
