Ingredients

3/4 C. water
1 Tbsp. applesauce
1 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp. carrot-apple pulp
2 C. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. gluten
3/4 tsp. cinnamon, ground
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
1/8 C. sunflower seeds, dry, hulled
1/2 tsp. cloves, ground
1/4 tsp. nutmeg, ground

Cooking Instructions

Put ingredients in pan according to manufacturer directions. Program for whole wheat mode if your machine has the capability.
