Caramel Icing
Ingredients
2 C. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. white syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. white sugar
1 C. cream
Cooking Instructions
Cook together all ingredients except vanilla until mixture forms soft ball when dropped into cold water. Add vanilla and stir until desired consistency to spread.
