Captains Fish Fillets
Ingredients
1/4 C. lemon juice
1/4 C. chopped green onions
2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
1 lb. fresh or thawed fish fillets
(red snapper, cod, sea bass) about
1/2 inch thick
Cooking Instructions
Combine first 4 ingredients in shallow pan. Arrange fish in single layer in sauce; turn fish over several times to coat both sides. Marinate 30 minutes; turn over once. Reserving marinade, remove fish and place on broiler rack. Broil 3 minutes; turn over and brush with reserved marinade. Broil 2 to 3 minutes longer, or until fish flakes with fork.
