Canned Whole Grain Cereals
Ingredients
1 1/4 C. cereal
3/4 tsp. salt
Cooking Instructions
Place cereal and salt in quart jar. Fill with water to an inch from the top. Stir. Pressure can at 10 lbs. For 60 minutes. Try rice, millet, corn grits, barley and others. Mix two or more.
