Californian Style Brochettes
Ingredients
1 packet cauldron tofu original or marinated, cut into 32 cubes
1 small pineapple peeled and cut into 32 pieces
4 ounces large seedless black grapes
1 medium mango peeled and cut into 4 pieces
4 ounces mango chutney
8 sprigs fresh herbs
1 lime cut into 4 wedges
Cooking Instructions
1. Thread skewers alternately with tofu, pineapple, grapes and mango. 2. Brush with mango chutney. Cook under a pre heated grill for 5 minutes until very hot and just browning. 3. Serve immediately, scattered with fresh herbs garnished with wedges of lime.
