Ingredients

4 C. yellow sugar
2 C. butter
10 eggs
2 C. sour cream
1 tsp. (large) soda
1/2 C. baking syrup
2 C. chopped dates
1 pound mixed peel
1/2 pound almonds
1/2 pound walnuts
3 pounds raisins
3 pounds currants
7 C. flour
Vanilla and lemon extract
Cloves
Cinnamon
Mace
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Cooking Instructions

Use some of the flour to flour raisins, currants, dates, peel and nut meats. Put this together in order written down. Bake in a slow oven for 3 or 4 hours. This makes a fourstory cake.
