Raspberry Cake
Ingredients
1/3 C. margarine
1 C. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 C. milk
2 C. fresh raspberries
Cooking Instructions
Cream margarine and sugar, add well beaten egg and vanilla, add dry ingredients with milk, beat just enough to keep batter smooth. Pour into greased, floured, 9×9-inch pan. Sprinkle raspberries on top. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes. Frost with your favorite vanilla icing while warm.
