Ingredients

3 1/2 C. flour
1 C. butter
2 C. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 C. pumpkin
1 1/2 C. chocolate chips
1 1/2 C. walnuts (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 cream butter, sugar, and eggs and then add spices. Add flour and pumpkin. Stir in Chocolate Chips and nuts. Grease bottom of two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 65-75 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
