Ingredients

1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets
Louisiana Cajun Majic

Cooking Instructions

Sprinkle fish fillets on each side with seasoning mixture. Place microwave browning dish in microwave. Microwave 5 minutes on high to preheat. Place 1 tablespoons vegetable oil into hot container. Sear fillets on one side. Turn fillets over and return to microwave. Cook on High until opaque. Approximately 4 minutes per pound is “rule of thumb”. Variation: Try boned chicken breast with Louisiana Cajun Majics’ poultry seasoning. Serves 4.
