Buttered Popcorn Bread
Ingredients
1 package yeast
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 C. bread flour
2 tsp. gluten
1 Tbsp. buttered salt
5 C. popcorn; popped, buttered, salted and crushed by hand or in a food processor until
reduced to 2 1/2 C.
1 Tbsp. popcorn oil; or vegetable oil
1 1/2 C. very warm water
Cooking Instructions
Add all the ingredients into the pan in the order listed, set darkness control at 11 o’clock Select white bread and push “Start”
