Butter And Herb Butter
Ingredients
Butter:
1 C. whipped butter, softened
1 C. polyunsaturated oil (safflower, sunflower seed, corn, vegetable, walnut, or a
combination)
Herb Butter:
With dill, blend mustard, garlic, ginger root, chives, or other herbs. For a
small amount, just combine 1 Tbsp. butter with 1 Tbsp. oil, and melt in a
saucepan.
Cooking Instructions
Place ingredients in a blender or a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Process until mixed. Place in a plastic container and store in freezer.
